product: Success is not an experience frequently
enjoyed by persons in the middles and later stages of AD, more
often it is frustration. However, here’s a simple puzzle with only
a few pieces, that once completed, rewards its artist with an
auditory cue – either a siren or a train whistle.

I have personally watched as Alzheimer’s patients struggle
with, then become ecstatic and jubilant, as the last of a
four-piece puzzle falls into place. The ear-to-ear smile is all
that it takes to help those of us on the outside realize how such a
seemingly simple, but rewarding challenge such an
